About The Position

Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check. Essential Job Duties If we asked your coworkers to describe you, they would respond “steady,” “high judgment,” “detail obsessed,” and “surprisingly creative.” You have a knack for taking messy, ambiguous work and turning it into simple, repeatable processes that people actually follow. You are the kind of person who can handle sensitive work with discretion, keep many things moving at once, and still notice the one detail that matters. You also understand something important. No one wakes up excited to talk about compliance. So you look for ways to make it more human, more engaging, and more memorable without losing credibility. You believe even highly regulated work can be thoughtful, audience focused, and occasionally delightful. You look for small, meaningful ways to elevate everyday interactions and make them more human, without sacrificing trust or credibility. Join our Legal team as a Trust and Compliance Operations Specialist supporting the BambooTrust program. You will help build and run the operational backbone of our trust and compliance work. This includes documentation and tracking, trainings and internal communications, and the logistics that keep key compliance committees running smoothly. This is a builder and runner role. You will help create the workflows, then you will execute them with excellence. You will:
