Job Summary We are seeking an AgDirect Account Manager to drive growth and originate large, complex transactions by serving AgDirect’s largest and most strategic customers. This sales role is responsible for working on a strong pipeline of high-dollar transactions through consultative selling, deep customer engagement, and proactive deal management. The Account Manager leverages industry expertise and advanced credit knowledge to structure tailored financing solutions and moves transactions efficiently from opportunity through close. By delivering consistently exceptional experience to high profile customers and dealers, this role positions AgDirect as a trusted financing partner of choice. The Account Manager works collaboratively with AgDirect leadership, Financial Officers, Territory Managers, and Inside Sales Officers to close business originating from dealers, customers, retail offices, and manufacturers, while contributing to overall sales performance, market growth, and team success.
