About The Position

Best-One Tire & Service in Monroe is looking for an AG Tire Technician who can be a dependable driver to join our team. Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, repairing and servicing agricultural tires and wheels, with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship. Experience with farm equipment. Candidates should have a good work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, if this is you, we want to talk to you! Starting at $18/hr.

Requirements

Farm background experience
Working in all types of weather.
Self-Starter
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
Repetitive lifting up to 100 pounds.
Commitment to service beyond the expectations of our customers.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in commercial and/or agricultural vehicles is preferred.
High School Graduate or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Dismounting and mounting auto, truck, agricultural and commercial vehicle tires.
Operating a service truck on outside service calls.
Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
Determining repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.
Properly executing service and billing documents.
Following all safety and driving rules.
After Hours (on call) service calls.
