About The Position

This Internship is to be offered to individuals who have completed their sophomore year of college. American Crystal Sugar Company offers an environment that will expose an Intern to a variety of agriculture related situations, as well as experience in a business setting. The focus of this internship will be to learn and understand the job responsibilities of an Agriculturist position at American Crystal Sugar Company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the job responsibilities of an Agriculturist position at American Crystal Sugar Company.
• Gain exposure to a variety of agriculture-related situations.
• Gain experience in a business setting.

Benefits

• Earn 1 hour of Earned Sick and Safe Time for every 30 hours worked (up to 48 hours per year).
• Receive pay for regularly scheduled hours on company observed holidays.
• Company will pay for internship credits/fees.
• On the job training.
• Opportunity for a second year internship the following summer upon successful completion.
