About The Position

This role is responsible for providing outstanding guest service and supporting the day-to-day operations within the Ag Solutions Division. The position requires the ability to work long hours during the seeding season and perform physically demanding duties. The operator will also be responsible for operating a forklift and assisting in various operational activities as needed, while attending required training and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Grade 12 education
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and able to manage information accurately
Committed to working safely in a safety-sensitive environment
Valid driver’s licence

Nice To Haves

Class 1A license is considered an asset
Forklift experience is considered an asset
Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset to troubleshoot conveyors, bearing replacements when required

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding, courteous guest service.
Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone in a pleasant and professional manner.
Support day-to-day operations within the Ag Solutions Division.
Ability to work long hours during the seeding season.
Ability to perform physically demanding duties and stand for extended periods during the seeding season.
Operate a forklift as required.
Assist in operational activities as needed.
Attend training as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
