About The Position
Come join us at Montessori Academy of Cincinnati as an Afterschool Teacher for our 2026-2027 School Year! Starting in August 2026. As an Afterschool Teacher, you will ensure the safety and well-being of students during lunch, as well as in Extended Care. We also help our employees build great careers. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
- 1+ years experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
Nice To Haves
- AA or BA in Elementary Education or related field, preferred
Responsibilities
- Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Monitor children’s progress and development
- Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day
