About The Position
The French American Academy is seeking enthusiastic staff and teachers to join their bilingual after-school team, working with young children from 3pm to 6:30pm at their Jersey City Campus.
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have previous experience working with children
- Have a neat appearance and a courteous manner
Nice To Haves
- Over 21 years of age preferred
- Proficiency in French is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide students with the appropriate supervision
- Lead activities in French or in English while providing a clean, safe, and caring atmosphere for children.
- Prepare activities that are developmentally appropriate for the age of the children
- Communicate with the parents at daily pick-up.
