About The Position

Leading Edge Before & After School Programs is experiencing tremendous growth, and we're excited to expand our partnership with the Woodbridge Township School District for the 2026–2027 school year! With 16 after-school programs serving students across the district, we're looking for energetic, dependable, and student-focused Lead Teachers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of New Jersey's fastest-growing before and after-school providers, build meaningful relationships with students and families, and help create engaging, enriching experiences that make a lasting impact every day. Positions begin in late August 2026 to ensure our team is fully prepared before students arrive. New team members will participate in paid orientation and training. Lead Teachers play a vital role in creating safe, engaging, and enriching after-school experiences for elementary-aged students throughout Woodbridge Township. Team members are typically assigned to a consistent school location where they build lasting relationships with students, families, school staff, and fellow educators while leading daily enrichment activities and supporting program operations.
