About The Position

Parkway Chevrolet is expanding its Parts Department and seeking a dedicated Aftermarket Parts Associate to play a key role in supporting daily operations, inventory flow, and customer/vendor communication. As an Aftermarket Parts Associate, you'll help manage incoming and outgoing part shipments, organize inventory, assist with order fulfillment, and ensure products are handled accurately and efficiently.   • Ability to commute/relocate: Tomball, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior warehouse, automotive parts, shipping/receiving, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pull, organize, and prepare automotive parts for customer orders, internal requests, and shipments.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify inventory, palletize products, and prepare outgoing orders for shipping carriers.
  • Safely lift and move parts and packages weighing 50 lbs or more with ease while maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with vendors regarding orders, shipment updates, backorders, and inventory needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing orders, monitor shipment status, and ensure timely processing.
  • Work efficiently within dealership processes while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Keep warehouse, inventory, and shipping areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
  • Continuously learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities with opportunities for advancement within the department.
