Position Available: After School Teacher at our Morgan Hill and Willow Glen Schools; Monday- Friday from 12:30-6pm. Compensation: $18-24/hr. depending on individual experience, education and position requirements. At Action Day, we’re passionate about nurturing a love for learning through engaging, high-quality instruction. We’re looking for energetic and experienced After School Teachers to support our staff as well as our infant, toddler, and preschool students in exciting, hands-on activities that inspire creativity, confidence, and teamwork. In this role, you’ll develop and implement engaging lesson plans, foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with school staff and parents to support student growth. Requirements

  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
  • 12 core ECE units required
  • Infant toddler units highly preferred
  • A love and passion for working with young children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A reliable, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow!

  • The ability to collaborate with creative team members to design the physical environment to meet the changing needs of young children
