About The Position

Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
Nice To Haves
- ECE coursework preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum using engaging characters.
- Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the classrooms and programs.
- Collaborate with peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming and engaging space for children.
- Communicate with parents and families about their child’s adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
