About The Position
AlphaBEST is seeking enthusiastic Spanish Enrichment Instructors who are fluent in Spanish and eager to share their passion for the language with elementary-aged students. This role is for the 2026-2027 school year and offers afternoon hours, two days a week, with no weekend work required. The ideal candidate will serve as a role model, inspiring wonder and helping students discover a world of possibilities through the Spanish language and culture.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in the Spanish language in both spoken and written form.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in Spanish instruction.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly Spanish lesson instruction and culture to elementary-aged students.
- Implement pre and post-testing to evaluate student progress.
- Prepare and clean up lesson materials.
- Communicate effectively with site leadership.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
