This position is for an After School Program Teacher/Interventionist who believes all students can learn, problem-solve, and think at high levels. The role requires fostering an environment where students feel valued, safe, and successful, and experience personally meaningful learning with choices. Family engagement in learning is also a key belief. The position involves planning and leading engaging activities, mentoring students in various interest areas, facilitating small-group targeted intervention in literacy and/or math, and using student data to inform instruction. The role also includes maintaining digital records, collaborating with educators, and understanding childcare regulations. A commitment to professional learning, excellent attendance, and punctuality is expected, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
