Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
• Hold an Associate's degree or higher OR Have completed 48 college semester units OR pass the Paraprofessional (ParaPro) Exam
• If a candidate does not meet the educational requirement, they will need to complete the ParaPro testing process prior to being hired or starting in their position.

• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
