About The Position

HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as After School Enrichment Educators. This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It is ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences. The position involves supervising students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade, ensuring their safety and well-being, planning and leading recreational and enrichment activities, facilitating positive social interactions, managing student behavior, and maintaining accurate records. HOKALI is actively seeking instructors with Karate or Art & Crafts experience. The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 1:45 PM - 4:45 PM, starting November 1st. Compensation is a competitive hourly rate based on active program hours.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade

• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
