About The Position

HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their growing team as After School Enrichment Educators. This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences. The position involves supervising students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade, ensuring their safety and well-being, planning and leading engaging recreational and enrichment activities, facilitating positive social interactions and encouraging teamwork, effectively managing student behavior using positive reinforcement, maintaining accurate attendance and incident records, and preparing and organizing activity materials while keeping spaces clean and safe. The program is looking for instructors with Karate or Art & Crafts experience.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Karate or Art & Crafts experience
