About The Position
A family in Palo Alto, CA 94306 is seeking a trustworthy, reliable, and engaging nanny to assist with after-school routines for their two self-sufficient daughters (ages 6 and 8). The schedule is Monday through Thursday, roughly 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM, totaling 10 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours on select weekends. The position starts as soon as possible.
Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Trustworthy, dependable, and punctual
- All candidates will be subject to a background check.
- This position requires proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Pick up children from school (around the corner) and engage in after-school activities
- Assist with evening routines and getting the children ready for bed
- Perform light home help related to daily care, including dishes and laundry
- Provide attentive supervision and active companionship
