About The Position
Concorde Education is seeking a Drumline Instructor to lead engaging after-school programs for students. This role focuses on building foundational marching percussion skills, including rhythm, timing, technique, and ensemble performance. Instructors will guide students through structured, hands-on rehearsals that emphasize musicianship, discipline, and teamwork. Programs are designed for beginner to intermediate students, with flexibility based on site needs and available instruments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 60 college credits (completed or in progress)
- Experience in drumline or marching percussion (performance and/or instruction)
- Experience working with students (schools, camps, or youth programs)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Responsibilities
- Lead structured, engaging drumline sessions aligned to program goals

- Communicate with program staff regarding attendance and progress
- Prepare students for a culminating performance or demonstration (if applicable)
