About The Position

Read Better Be Better is looking for part-time (5-10 hours/week), passionate, After-School Literacy Program Coaches to facilitate our after-school reading program. They are responsible for guiding and mentoring a cohort of young Readers and youth Leaders. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy reading and working with young learners and are seeking part-time employment. The role involves working with elementary school students in a dynamic after-school club atmosphere, which is a fast-paced environment filled with reading, learning, and games. Program Coaches attend essential paid training and onboarding prior to starting at their assigned school.
