Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and school staff.
Must be available Monday-Friday 2:30-6:30pm.
Passion for working with children.
Creativity in leading activities.
Ability to collaborate with a diverse team.

Nice To Haves

College training or relevant work experience in recreation, youth work, or education.

Responsibilities

Supporting student academic success.
Assisting with enriching activities.
Preparing meals.
Supervising students.
Effective communication with students, parents, and school staff.
Collaborating with the Site Director and Tutors to ensure a seamless and fun learning experience for all participants.
