About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging After School Instructor to lead our Lego Robotics program for 3rd-5th graders. This role involves teaching students the fundamentals of robotics using Lego materials during after-school hours. The program is scheduled for Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at our Santa Barbara, CA 93103 location. The class dates span from December 2nd to February 24th, with specific dates provided. Compensation is $65 per hour of class.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a teaching or instructional capacity.
- Knowledge of Lego robotics or similar STEM concepts.
- Ability to manage a classroom of 3rd-5th graders.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must be available on Wednesdays from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM for the specified class dates.
