About The Position
Cabot After School Program (CASP) enriches the lives of students from Kindergarten through 5th grade at Cabot Elementary School. We complement school-day learning with physical activities, creative arts, and social opportunities, all within a safe, fun, and structured environment where children build friendships and grow. We are looking for dedicated Special Educators to provide valuable one-on-one support for students in our vibrant after-school program!
Requirements
- Background in special education or inclusion.
- Caring, motivated, and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children aged 5-11.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in school, camp, or therapeutic settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to students with physical, behavioral, social, or medical needs.
- Foster social-emotional growth and engagement.
- Assist in creating strategies or adapting curriculum to support student success.
- Communicate progress regularly with parents and caregivers.
