About The Position

Kamaʻāina Kids is seeking energetic, positive leaders to create afternoons filled with learning, laughter, and connection for elementary-aged children. This role goes beyond after-school care, aiming to provide a place where children can explore, build confidence, make friends, and have fun. The ideal candidate can lead games, assist with homework, mediate disagreements, and leave a lasting positive impression on the children.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with elementary-aged children
• Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude
• Are dependable and ready to jump in wherever needed
• Want a role where what you do matters
• Are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
• Limited aide openings available for high school seniors at select locations
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate)

• Leading outdoor games
