About The Position

As the Enrichment Program Lead for the Lake Elsinore programs you will provide extra support where needed, cover classes when there's a call-out, and help troubleshoot day-to-day issues. Additionally, you will serve as a vital liaison between the Lake Elsinore team and the Area Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping lifelong memories that children will cherish within a dynamic environment built on innovation, excitement, and adventure. We are looking for individuals to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, foster a sense of community, warmth, and promote a deep sense of belonging for every child. Also, ensure each team member feels supported and valued.

Requirements

• Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

Responsibilities
