About The Position

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to offer enrichment experiences for elementary, middle, and high school students. The company is building a network of instructors with expertise in education, technology, STEM, arts, athletics, academics, skilled professions, and other specialty areas for current and upcoming independent contractor instructional assignments. Traditional classroom teaching experience is not required for every program; relevant experience may come from teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, professional practice, camps, youth organizations, private instruction, or similar settings. Assignments vary according to partner needs, instructor qualifications and subject expertise, location, and availability. Programs may cover STEM, engineering, science, design, coding, robotics, artificial intelligence, technology, digital and fine arts, music, dance, theater, games, cooking, entrepreneurship, career exploration, sports, fitness, wellness, tutoring, literacy, study skills, or other requested specialties. Grade levels, enrollment, schedules, duration, curricula, and instructional expectations differ by assignment. Instructors deliver age-appropriate enrichment, prepare with provided resources or instructor-developed activities as appropriate, support an inclusive and supervised learning environment, encourage participation, adapt instruction to students, manage groups, and communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives. They must follow applicable school policies, site procedures, safety expectations, and emergency protocols. These are part-time, in-person independent contractor assignments at partner schools and community-based locations. Assignments typically involve 1–4 instructional hours per week and last approximately 8–10 weeks. Start dates are rolling throughout the school year, subject to partner schedules. Compensation is set individually; most assignments pay $50–$65 per instructional hour, with rates varying by assignment and location. The applicable rate is communicated before acceptance. Applying does not guarantee an assignment, placement, hours, or continued engagement. Further screening, documentation, onboarding, background review or clearance, partner approval, scheduling compatibility, and written assignment confirmation may be required.
