Trinity is currently hiring a part-time After School Counselor, within our ASCARE (After School Care) Program. Responsible for ensuring appropriate care, supervision, and guidance to the children in the childcare program. Staff members help provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. Staff members act as positive role models and help establish positive relationships with participants and their families.
Requirements
- School-Age Child Care Credential or other office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period and one year experience working with children less than 13 years of age.
- A valid New York State driver's license & able to transport children.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be able to participate in required training and staff development.
- Must be reliable, consistent, and punctual.
Nice To Haves
- Able to go up and down stairs.
- Must pass criminal background check and medical clearance.
