About The Position

Euro School of Tennis is hiring enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic coaches to teach beginner-level cheerleading to children in Grades K–3 at various elementary schools across the Bay Area. Classes are in person and generally last 1–1.5 hours, with start times between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Two or more days per week are preferred, with flexible part-time opportunities. Training, lesson plans, equipment, and coaching support are provided. Compensation is $50–$65 per hour.

Requirements

Must be 19 years or older.
Enjoy working with children.
Be energetic, positive, reliable, and willing to learn.
Have good communication and classroom management skills.
Have reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

Cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, or coaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Teach fun and engaging beginner cheerleading lessons.
Lead children in basic cheer motions, chants, dance routines, and age-appropriate movements.
Manage groups of 8–10 children.
Set up equipment and take attendance.
Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
Communicate with parents and school staff.
