About The Position
Harding Academy is a Christian school that hires employees based on professional ability and Christian character. All employees are expected to affirm the school’s Statement of Faith and Community Covenant and to live in accordance with their principles. This is a School Year Position, 3 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Responsible, dependable, eager to work with children
- Ability to pass a TBI fingerprint background check
Responsibilities
- Follow daily schedule and engage actively in all planned activities
- Supervise recreational activities and ensure safety
- Foster a positive, Christ-centered environment
