Requirements

Vocational Training, Associate Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent studies in Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in field service, commissioning, maintenance, electrical systems, protection and control equipment, or related industrial environments.
Desire to learn and proactive attitude; enjoy learning new things, solving technical challenges, and working closely with customers.
Basic knowledge of tools and programs: Electrical schematics, testing equipment, protection and control systems, communication systems, and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills: Teamwork, flexibility, customer orientation, leadership potential, and problem-solving mindset.
Driving license and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Coordinate on-site installations, commissioning activities, testing, and start-up of Ormazabal equipment.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance services, and rapid resolution of customer issues both remotely and on site.
Deliver technical training to customers and contribute to continuous improvement by communicating field feedback and corrective actions.
