About The Position

As part of the After Hours Support Team, you help deliver exceptional travel management services for Stage and Screen clients during non-business hours when day teams are unavailable. You provide direct, hands-on support to production crews, touring artists, athletic teams, entertainment executives, and sports professionals, managing urgent travel needs and critical travel disruptions common in the fast-paced entertainment and sports industries. Working within a fully remote team, you handle client interactions via phone and email with professionalism, speed, and care, escalating operational questions to the Leader on Shift (LOS) as needed. Your contributions ensure the client experience maintains Corporate Traveler's high standards of service excellence, adapting to the unique demands of entertainment productions, touring schedules, and sporting events.

Requirements

  • Experience with a GDS system, Sabre preferred.
  • Customer-focused, consistently going above and beyond to deliver an amazing client experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
  • A problem solver who thinks outside the box to provide creative solutions.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to effectively multi-task and shift gears in time-sensitive situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a hunger for knowledge, able to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity required to support core job responsibilities, including but not limited to video conferencing, access to company systems, and secure handling of company data.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with their Corporate Traveler after-hours experience by exceeding customer service expectations via phone and email.
  • Utilize Sabre GDS and various booking platforms including NDC and web-based programs to arrange accurate business travel reservations, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation.
  • Respond to urgent travel needs, production delays, event changes, and last-minute itinerary modifications for Stage and Screen clients.
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • Escalate complex issues, disruptions, or high-value client situations to the Leader on Shift (LOS) as appropriate.
  • Work as a team member, assisting other agents as needed to complete all functions related to servicing the client.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Develop working knowledge of entertainment and sports travel requirements, including group movements, tour logistics, and event-driven schedules.
