About The Position

Quince is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Affiliate Editorial to join our Brand Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in Men’s apparel/lifestyle brands or Wellness/CPG brands. You’ll play an integral role in developing editorial content strategies that drive incremental growth across the fast-growing categories. This candidate understands the intersection between consumer press, SEO, AEO, paid media, and affiliate partnerships, and is energized by a high-growth environment. As a Manager, you will be responsible for strategically identifying and securing new affiliate/editorial placements across the Men’s or Wellness categories by leveraging SEO and AEO (answer engine) tools, internal data, and competitive research. You will collaborate with an internal affiliate/editorial team to secure high-impact product placements, including category listicles and product reviews. This role is also responsible for strategically deploying commission optimizations and budget to secure premium content opportunities that scale awareness, revenue, and new customers for the Men’s and Wellness collections. This role will be both external (publisher-facing) and internal, working closely with cross-functional teams to support new category launches and broader marketing initiatives. You will serve as the go-to Menswear or Wellness expert within the affiliate/editorial team and help build and reinforce Quince’s reputation as a world-class brand offering high-quality, sustainably made essentials at fair prices.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years experience in brand marketing, PR and/or affiliate marketing required. Preference for in-house experience at Men’s apparel/lifestyle brands or Wellness brands. Existing relationships are a plus.
  • Experience using affiliate platforms. Direct experience with Impact Radius is a plus.

  • Excellent relationship building skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record for achieving results and executing best-in-class partnerships
  • Flexibility in a start-up-like environment is critical. Must be willing to shift priorities to support business goals, as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience using SEO monitoring tools, such as AHREFS or SEMRush.
  • Preferred experience managing publisher partnerships of all sizes and deploying paid budget against ROAS goals within an affiliate program
  • Experience with MTA reporting is a plus
  • Curiosity on relationship between AEO landscape and consumer press strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop a data-driven roadmap to scale editorial content and affiliate sales for the respective category (Men's or Wellness), identifying and pursuing high-impact content opportunities that drive efficient, incremental growth, leveraging SEO and AEO tools, internal performance data, and competitive research.
  • Collaborate closely with the affiliate/editorial team to guide day-to-day outreach strategy and secure affiliate-driven editorial coverage that drives direct sales and enhances brand sentiment, including category listicles, shopping guides, evergreen product reviews, and newsletter placements.
  • Support affiliate and editorial partnership requests, including coordinating press samples, image requests, and key product communications.
  • Compile and deliver weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports, with a focus on revenue targets, KPIs, and category-level insights.
  • Monitor and track brand coverage across respective category to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance alignment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
