About The Position

Our purpose is to help people feel good in their bodies, and our niche is DTC, premium, fundamental, healthspan supplements. Job Overview This is not a platform management role. This is a growth ownership role with revenue and channel performance accountability.   • 4 years experience in affiliate program management (Aspire, GRIN, or similar platforms)

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years experience in affiliate, creator, influencer, or performance partnerships within e-commerce
  • Experience scaling commission-based acquisition channels
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, conversion rate, and partner-level profitability
  • Experience designing commission structures, bonus tiers, and promotional strategies that drive incremental revenue
  • Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and scale high-performing affiliate partners
  • Management experience
  • Experience with Aspire, GRIN, or similar platforms preferred but not required
  • Strong working knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and attribution fundamentals
