Requirements

  • Interest in senior living, gerontology, healthcare, hospitality, or nonprofit leadership
  • Compassionate, professional, and eager to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible and collaborative with a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly rotations across healthcare, assisted living, life enrichment, dining services, HR, and marketing departments.
  • Support resident-centered care, activity planning, wellness initiatives, and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Engage in mission-driven projects, content creation, and community outreach.
  • Reflect on and present insights and recommendations from your internship experience.
  • Attend weekly check-ins and complete a final capstone presentation.
