Requirements

Interest in senior living, gerontology, healthcare, hospitality, or nonprofit leadership
Compassionate, professional, and eager to learn
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible and collaborative with a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Participate in weekly rotations across healthcare, assisted living, life enrichment, dining services, HR, and marketing departments.
Support resident-centered care, activity planning, wellness initiatives, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Engage in mission-driven projects, content creation, and community outreach.
Reflect on and present insights and recommendations from your internship experience.
Attend weekly check-ins and complete a final capstone presentation.
