About The Position
Join a fast-growing, physician-led aesthetics and medical-spa practice in the scenic eastern part of Maryland, just minutes from Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay. In this role, the Aesthetics Injectables Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant focuses on delivering advanced injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, while building strong patient relationships and driving clinical and retail growth.
Requirements
- Aesthetics Injectables experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Proven track record in medical aesthetics and injectable procedures
- Ability to upsell services and products by educating patients, recommending personalized treatment plans, and expanding revenue per visit
- Strong clinical judgment in assessing skin concerns, managing complications, and tailoring injectable protocols
- Excellent bedside manner with a consultative, confidence-building approach to aesthetics care
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and DEA registration

- Candidates with a built-in patient following or social-media presence is a huge plus and highly valued
