About The Position
Join a well-established aesthetic practice in northern New Jersey known for advanced cosmetic procedures and patient-centered care. This role includes performing injectable treatments, conducting consultations, developing individualized plans, educating patients, and supporting practice growth through relationship-building and treatment recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of aesthetics injectable experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and laser modalities.
- Demonstrated ability to educate patients on aesthetic services, skincare products, and treatment packages while maintaining a consultative, patient-focused approach.
- Strong consultation, facial assessment, and treatment-planning skills with a commitment to natural-looking outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-retention skills with the ability to build long-term relationships and contribute to practice growth.
- Active NP or PA license and DEA registration.

- Candidates with an existing patient following and established referral network are highly preferred.
