About The Position

The Only Facial is seeking a skilled, growth-minded Aesthetician to join our Dallas location. The ultimate goal of every treatment is to deliver a WOW experience, achieved through real client transformation - not pressure, gimmicks, or transactional service. This role is ideal for an Aesthetician who takes pride in mastery, professionalism, and long-term client relationships and who thrives in a standards-driven, performance-oriented environment. Every treatment is measured by client transformation, not volume. There is a strong focus on education, trust, and retention, with clear standards, coaching, and growth expectations. The culture is professional, high-energy, and accountability-based. This is not a “just do facials” role. This is a craft-forward, client-centered position.

Requirements

• Licensed Aesthetician (Texas) from an accredited institution
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Passion for skincare education and results-driven treatments
• Availability for weekdays, nights, and weekends
• Ability to follow protocols while personalizing client experience

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of professional aesthetician experience
• Experience with: Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Peels and exfoliation treatments
• Strong product knowledge
• Experience working in a performance- or standards-based environment

Responsibilities

• Perform and customize The Only Facial Signature Facial
• Analyze client skin conditions and develop tailored treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and long-term skin health
• Recommend products aligned with client needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Ensure every treatment delivers a WOW experience through visible progress
• Build trust and rapport that encourages repeat visits
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Communicate clearly about expectations, results, and next steps
• Uphold a calm, professional, and welcoming treatment room environment
• Contribute positively to team energy and collaboration
• Participate in training, workshops, and coaching sessions
• Accept and apply feedback to improve performance
• Consistently meet standards for professionalism, punctuality, and preparation
