About The Position
Join the luxury spa team at Hilton Anatole as an On-Call Aesthetician and play a key role in delivering an exceptional wellness experience for our guests. In this role, you’ll provide a variety of skincare services including facials, treatments, and consultations tailored to individual guest needs, all while creating a relaxing and rejuvenating environment. This position offers flexible, on-call scheduling in a dynamic, guest-focused setting. Ideal candidates are passionate about skincare, knowledgeable on the latest techniques and products, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and sanitation. A current esthetician license and prior spa or resort experience are preferred. If you’re committed to helping guests look and feel their best while working in a high-end hospitality environment, we’d love to have you on the team.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional facial, cosmetic and hair removal services in accordance with state, local and company health and safety regulations
- Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Ensure product knowledge
- Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Perform general Spa duties, as needed
