About The Position
Benefit Cosmetics Canada is seeking a part-time Aesthetician & Beauty Expert to work at the Benefit BrowBar located at Mega Centre St Foy, exclusively within Sephora. The role involves demonstrating and selling cosmetic products, as well as performing short beauty services such as brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping, and laminations. A key aspect of the role is to ensure clients have a fun and memorable experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a retail sales or customer service environment.
- Flexible regarding work hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a busy and fragrant environment.
- Must be courteous, responsible, and a team player.
- Proven strong retail sales ability.
- Comfortable and competent performing wax services and makeup application.
Nice To Haves
- A certification or training in facial hair removal, waxing, or esthetics is an asset.
- Likes to laugh, have fun, and enjoy a good cupcake.
