REMOTE - Inside Sales Treatment Specialist
About The Position
LaserAway is seeking a remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant, preferably based on the West Coast. This full-time role offers a base salary of $20/hr plus uncapped commission, with the potential for six-figure earnings in the first year. The position involves running virtual consultations, building a client base, and selling treatment plans. Top performers can achieve significant income within their first year. The role requires making outbound calls to warm leads, conducting virtual consultations, educating clients on services like laser hair removal, skin treatments, and injectables, presenting financing options, and closing deals. Collaboration with location directors and patient care teams is also part of the role.
Requirements
- 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail)
- Comfortable with high call volume and hitting weekly/monthly quotas
- Self-motivated and able to manage own pipeline
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Available for some evenings and weekends to match client availability
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads
- Run virtual consultations via phone or video and build personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on LaserAway's services (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more)
- Present financing options and close deals
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs
