About The Position

LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology, combining medical expertise with luxury-level service across hundreds of clinics nationwide. Our Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) are trusted advisors who build loyal patient books and drive real business outcomes. This role involves owning every consultation relationship from first hello through long-term loyalty, ensuring patients leave with a plan they're excited about and results they didn't think were accessible to them.

Requirements

2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
Comfortable in a commission-first structure.
Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
Weekend availability required.
Motivated by results.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients.
Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
Design and present customized treatment plans and financing options.
Guide patients through their full aesthetic journey.
Partner with clinicians and Location Directors to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience.
Utilize LaserAway's custom CRM for lead management and patient history access.
Manage a patient book and achieve revenue targets.
