About The Position

LaserAway is hiring an Aesthetic Registered Nurse to provide non-surgical aesthetic dermatology care in a high-volume clinic environment. The nurse owns each patient’s clinical journey, from the initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results, partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver individualized care. Aesthetics training is provided, with hands-on training across all aesthetic modalities starting on day one.

Daily work includes performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, maintaining accurate documentation, and caring for approximately 15–25 patients per day. Clinicians use LaserAway’s custom digital EMR and work with FDA-cleared technologies. The role offers full-time hours of 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, with weekend and evening availability and the ability to work at up to three assigned locations. No overnights are specified.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active, unencumbered state-issued Registered Nurse license.
• Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
• Be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Be comfortable working in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15–25 patients per day.
• Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

• Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg; preferred but not required.
• Aesthetics practice background; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the patient’s clinical journey from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results.
• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to provide seamless, individualized care.
• Document patient care accurately using LaserAway’s custom electronic medical record system.
• Work in a high-volume clinic environment and remain engaged in daily patient care.
• Provide care using aesthetic technologies, including FDA-cleared technologies offered by the company.
