About The Position

As part of the clinic team, the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients with excellent services using advanced medical-grade technologies and skincare product recommendations on their customized skincare journey. While other companies specialize in injectables, hair removal, and tattoo removal, Skin Laundry specializes in facials. The role involves helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high energy. RNs should be ready to join a hard-working and high-volume medical-grade skincare clinic.

Requirements

• Associate degree
• Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current State Nursing License
• BLS certification
• Current RN State License
• Basic Life Support Certification is required through the American Heart Association
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
• Polished, natural, and professional.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Capable of problem-solving.
• Outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable.
• Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met.
• Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented.
• Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.
• Able to work weekends (40 hours per week)

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and perspective clients’ personal skincare needs and are safe and effective for all skin types.
• Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team.
• Celebrate the success of the results our clients seeing.
• Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business.
• Assists with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations.
• Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits.
• Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes.
• Partner with clinic team to provide people-oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace of belonging.
• Respect and support all team members individuality & provide an inclusive environment.
• Understand opportunities and support the team to meet personal & clinic goals.
• Maintains organizational relationships.

Benefits

• Compensation: $55/hr guaranteed rate | $30/hr base rate + tips and commission
• Clinic Operating Hours, including mall holiday extended hours and weekend availability (subject to change).
• Ability to commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.
