About The Position

As part of the clinic team, the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients with excellent services using advanced medical-grade technologies and skincare product recommendations on their customized skincare journey. While other companies specialize in injectables, hair removal, and tattoo removal, Skin Laundry specializes in one thing – facials. This role involves helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high energy. RNs should be ready to join a hard-working, high-volume medical-grade skincare clinic.

Requirements

Associate degree required.
Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Current State Nursing License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required through an accredited association.
Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
Exceptional communication skills and capable of problem-solving.
Outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable.
Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met.
Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal-oriented.
Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.
Must be available to work Weekends and ideally have availability for one additional weekday.
Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours.
Must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.
Ability to commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems.

Responsibilities

Creating Curated Client Experiences: Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and prospective clients’ personal skincare needs, ensuring they are safe and effective for all skin types.
Discuss the importance of the skincare protocols created by the medical team.
Celebrate the success of the results our clients are seeing.
Supporting Store Operations Success: Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business.
Assists with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations.
Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits.
Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes.
Enhancing Skin Laundry Culture: Partner with the clinic team to provide a people-oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace of belonging.
