Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
- Operate RF Microneedling device
- Demonstrated experience with cosmetic injectables including Botox and hyaluronic acid fillers
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety protocols
- Excellent patient communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic eye and commitment to natural-looking results
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
- CPR/BLS certification required
Responsibilities
- Administer cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and other neuromodulators
- Educate patients and operate RF Microneedling device
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and treatment documentation
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions and manage follow-up appointments
- Stay current with the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction
- Uphold all clinical protocols, compliance standards, and infection control procedures
