About The Position

OVME is seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to perform a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. The practitioner's expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in helping clients enhance their natural beauty and achieve their aesthetic goals.

Requirements

2+ years of injecting experience.
Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment.
Social media proficiency is required.
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees.
Team player mentality.
Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Extremely detail-oriented.
Self-starter and passion for learning.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history.
Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications.
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.
Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.
