About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector with advanced experience in injectables and laser-based treatments to join our growing Medspa practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who combines technical expertise with an artistic eye and a strong commitment to patient safety, education, and results.The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and excels at building long-term patient relationships while delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes. We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and heart to their work. Requirements
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in good standing (state-specific)
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables
- Demonstrated experience operating laser and energy-based devices
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Advanced injector training or certifications
- Laser certification(s) and documented laser experience
- Experience in a med spa or aesthetic medical practice
- Social media or patient education experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform neuromodulator and filler treatments (Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, etc.)
- Assess patients and create personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on options, outcomes, and aftercare
- Provide laser and energy-based treatments (IPL, hair removal, skin resurfacing, etc.)
- Conduct skin assessments and follow safe treatment protocols
- Deliver a high-quality, supportive experience from consult to follow-up
- Build strong client relationships and support ongoing care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety standards
- Support inventory and stay up to date with industry best practices
