Designed to redefine self-care in Philadelphia, our new space will bring together luxury aesthetics, advanced medical treatments, wellness therapies, recovery services, massage, beauty, and holistic experiences—all under one stunning roof. We're looking for an exceptional Aesthetic Nurse (RN, NP, or PA) who is passionate about artistry, patient relationships, and delivering natural, confidence-boosting results. Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN, NP, or PA license.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing cosmetic injectables in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
• Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• A refined aesthetic eye with a passion for achieving natural-looking results.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and committed to delivering five-star patient experiences.
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends.

• Experience with: RF Microneedling
• Medical-grade lasers
• Medical-grade Chemical peels
• Peptide therapies
• Other advanced aesthetic treatments

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create customized treatment plans.
• Administer cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, and long-term aesthetic plans.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with all standards.
• Follow up with patients to ensure outstanding results and an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary wellness team to provide truly comprehensive care.
• Help create the elevated guest experience that sets Nirvana apart.
