About The Position
Deliver high-end aesthetic consultations, clinical treatments, and guest care as part of Chronic Ink's luxury regenerative wellness experience onboard MSC Cruises. Operates either in a two-person team alongside a Sales Specialist or under an independent "Unicorn" model combining clinical execution with direct sales.
Requirements
- Licensed/Qualified Nurse with degree.
- Hands-on experience delivering aesthetic procedures.
- Fluent English
- High resilience, strong interpersonal skills, performance-driven mindset, and ability to adapt to 6-month onboard deployment.
Nice To Haves
- Additional certification in aesthetic medicine, injectables, or med-spa treatments highly preferred.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, med-spas, or sales-adjacent environments is a strong plus.
- Colombian residency/nationality preferred for team pairing.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional aesthetic consultations and perform clinical treatments according to established safety protocols.
- Maintain luxury guest care standards, build client trust, and manage post-treatment guidance.
- Collaborate closely with the onboard Sales Partner to drive treatment conversions and daily revenue goals ($2,500–$5,000+ USD/day).
- (Unicorn Track) Proactively engage guests, generate leads, conduct consultations, and close sales independently.
