About The Position

Pinch is hiring experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners in Massachusetts who are confident with injectables and want a better way to practice: above-market compensation, flexible scheduling, high-quality clients, strong clinical standards, and a provider community, without the typical med-spa overhead and politics. Pinch is a top-rated, Chicago-founded concierge aesthetics brand bringing treatments directly to clients in the comfort of their homes. As a Pinch Provider, you’ll operate with more freedom and autonomy while practicing within a trusted brand and clear protocols designed to keep you and your patients safe. This role is designed for injectors who already have experience, so training is focused on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services (peels, microneedling, skincare). Pinch provides onboarding, ongoing education, and clinical support. Pinch can align you to required protocols and competency refreshers to ensure consistent outcomes. Requirements

Active Massachusetts APRN license (full practice authority preferred)
Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Nice To Haves

Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including: Neurotoxin injections (tox), Microneedling, Chemical peels, Skincare + at-home facial experiences
Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
Manage supplies responsibly
Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book
