About The Position

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Washington for a 1099 contractor role. This position offers the flexibility to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your practice in aesthetics, delivering treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. Pinch, founded in Chicago, is expanding throughout Washington and provides support in malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing assistance. The company covers all overhead costs and pays top-of-market rates for treatments, allowing providers to focus on clients.

Requirements

Active APRN license in Washington
Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility

Nice To Haves

Prior aesthetics experience
Existing patient network
Interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
Manage products and supplies responsibly
Keep accurate and timely client records
Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
